  • 01Industrial intelligence and uptime

    Physics-bound machine intelligence

    • Nothing to install
    • Energy-leak detection
    • Early failure warning

A physics-bound AI layer that pinpoints mechanical and electrical faults inside industrial equipment. It reads the sensor data a machine already produces, so there is nothing to install. Two outcomes follow: accurate detection of energy leakage, which shows up directly as lower electricity bills, and early warning of system failures and breakages before they stop production.

  • 02Industrial intelligence and uptime

    Predictive plant maintenance

    • Vibration, continuously
    • Root cause + time to failure
    • Sensor + subscription

Sensors on critical rotating equipment monitor vibration continuously. The trend is analysed to identify root cause and expected time to failure, and corrective action is issued before the machine stops. It is sold as sensor plus subscription, so monitoring revenue recurs, and the analysis stays with the specialist team, so no vibration-analysis capability is needed in house.

  • 03Industrial intelligence and uptime

    Small-batch production OS

    • One place, end to end
    • Small order quantities
    • Large-run pricing

A production operating system for small-batch manufacturing. Suppliers, quotes, samples, production and quality control run in one place, so a brand can reorder what actually sells without carrying a large operations team. Behind it sits a managed supplier network that accepts small minimum order quantities while holding pricing normally reserved for large runs.

  • 04Commerce and payments

    Decision layer for online retail

    • Reads every ad source
    • Tracks gains and losses
    • Live suggestions

A central brain for e-commerce brands. It plugs into data from everywhere the brand advertises, alongside its own store and stock-keeping systems, and tracks where the biggest gains and losses are actually being made. It interprets what it finds and issues live suggestions on what to optimise.

  • 05Commerce and payments

    Embedded payments and banking

    • Embedded checkout
    • No-code payment links
    • Fraud and chargeback defence

An all-in-one way for merchants to expand payment and banking capability. Payments embed directly into the merchant's own platform for a frictionless checkout, built from modular UI components with CSS-level styling for full brand control and compliance logic included. No-code payment links can be sent by email, SMS or any channel and turned into QR codes or buttons. First-party data captured at checkout is used to combat chargebacks and fraud while retaining customers.

  • 06Commerce and payments

    Payments infrastructure studio

    • Global-first infrastructure
    • Issuing licences
    • Weeks, not quarters

A payments venture studio for firms building outside the mainstream. It combines global-first payments infrastructure, embedded issuing licences and a full compliance stack, backed by financial institutions. New payment use cases launch in weeks rather than quarters, and at cost, without the margin stacking that conventional banking-as-a-service vendors layer on.

  • 08Enterprise AI and data

    Semantic layer for enterprise AI

    • Traceable, auditable outputs
    • One platform, many uses
    • Fits funded AI projects

A semantic knowledge graph that sits between an organisation's systems of record and its AI, turning fragmented ERP, CRM, document and database content into structured operational context that models and agents can reason over, with traceable, auditable outputs. Because it is infrastructure rather than a point tool, one platform underwrites semantic search, fraud detection, compliance reporting and operational intelligence. It attaches to AI projects clients are already funding and failing to get into production.

  • 09Enterprise AI and data

    A different architecture for AI

    • Not an LLM
    • No context-window overhead
    • Built out per deployment

A new model for artificial intelligence, and not a large language model. It gains and maintains focus without the wasteful, compute-intensive context windows that current systems depend on. It is being deployed to drive business in real estate today but suits any sector. Each deployment is built out individually, so it carries a higher engineering touch at the front end than an off-the-shelf tool.

  • 10Enterprise AI and data

    Frontier model access

    • Direct relationship
    • Full model range
    • Preferential token rates

A direct go-to-market relationship with a leading model provider, giving preferential commercial rates on tokens across their full range of models.

  • 11Enterprise AI and data

    Privacy-preserving AI training

    • Data stays local
    • One shared model
    • On-chain verification

A decentralised training platform that pairs federated learning with blockchain verification, so a client can train and fine-tune custom models on its own data without that data ever leaving its environment. Several parties can train one shared model while each keeps its raw data local, with an on-chain layer verifying and rewarding accurate contributions. It answers the standard blocker on enterprise AI work, and opens collaborative models across hospital groups, franchise networks or supplier consortia that could never pool data.

  • 12Security, trust and IT operations

    Invisible product authentication

    • Invisible to the eye
    • ≈30× a QR payload
    • No new hardware

An authentication layer applied during printing, invisible to the eye and readable only by a mobile phone. It carries around thirty times the payload of a QR code, enough for significant embedded data and watermarking. It cannot be scanned by other means or duplicated, requires no new hardware anywhere in the chain, and fits into existing pre-print processes.

  • 13Security, trust and IT operations

    Cybersecurity for smaller firms

    • Built for small firms
    • Cost-effective
    • Scales with the business

A rebuilt delivery model for cybersecurity, aimed at small and mid-sized businesses. The segment is exposed because budgets are limited and dedicated security professionals cannot be hired or retained. This closes that gap with an offering that is cost-effective and scales to the size of the business rather than down from enterprise pricing.

  • 14Security, trust and IT operations

    Global device lifecycle platform

    • Full hardware lifecycle
    • Layers onto existing tools
    • Audit trail

A cloud platform running the full hardware lifecycle for distributed workforces: procurement, pre-configured delivery, asset tracking, security policy enforcement, onboarding and offboarding, retrieval and audit trail, across most of the world with support hours to match. It layers onto existing device management, service and identity tooling rather than replacing it, so the sale is a consolidation story rather than a new budget line.

  • 15Security, trust and IT operations

    Keyless confidential computing

    • No encryption key
    • Custody split across parties
    • Signed, verifiable log

A confidential computing platform that removes the encryption key altogether. Decryption is derived from the measured state of approved hardware rather than from a secret someone holds, so stolen data cannot be decrypted anywhere except on the machine it was bound to. Custody is split across several parties, so nobody, the operator included, can unseal data alone, and every release or refusal is written to a signed, independently verifiable log that produces non-access proofs a compliance team can hand to a regulator. It runs self-hosted and can seal AI model weights to specific processors.

  • 16Digital assets and tokenisation

    Tokenisation delivery partner

    • Legal and build, one team
    • CBDC pilot protocol
    • Frees illiquid holdings

A consultancy and development house specialising in blockchain, AI and real-world asset tokenisation. Regulatory, structural and engineering work sit in one team, so a client gets the legal architecture and the build from a single partner. It was selected by a major payments network and a regional bank to build the lending protocol for a central-bank digital currency pilot that used tokenised property as collateral. It opens doors with banks, lenders and asset-heavy groups wanting to release liquidity from illiquid holdings.

  • 17Digital assets and tokenisation

    Non-custodial institutional yield

    • Assets stay in your wallet
    • Trade, never withdraw
    • Flat monthly fee
    • Pre-launch

A non-custodial platform letting institutions earn on-chain without giving up custody or breaking their own investment policy. The policy becomes a rulebook of limits on assets, venues, borrowing, slippage and loss, checked before every move, so a breach is blocked rather than reported afterwards. Assets stay in the client's own wallet and are never pooled; the engine can trade but cannot withdraw, under authority the client can revoke at any time. It sits above existing custody rather than replacing it, and is priced as a flat monthly fee with nothing taken on assets or profits. Both products are pre-launch.

  • 18Advanced process technology

    Nanobubble delivery systems

    • Well under a micron
    • Stable for a day or more
    • Retrofits existing systems

Ultra-fine, negatively charged bubbles well under a micron across and stable for a day or more, which raise dissolved oxygen and carry active ingredients deeper than conventional methods can. Generation systems retrofit to existing infrastructure and scale from benchtop research to full field operations. Three markets are addressed:

    Agriculture

Higher dissolved oxygen at the root zone supports root development and nutrient absorption, translating to faster growth and higher yields, while better oxygen transfer does more with less water and fewer chemical inputs.

    Personal care

Bubbles carry actives across the skin barrier for faster visible results while maintaining barrier integrity, suiting sensitive skin and daily use. They work in cleansers, serums, treatments and rinse-off products without reformulation.

    Industrial cleaning

Bubbles disrupt soils and biofilms at microscale, lifting contamination faster than conventional methods, rinsing clearer with fewer residues, and allowing up to half the usual chemical load.
